Jan Brett’s new Easter book: The Easter Egg

Jan Brett has a beautiful new book out for this year’s Easter. The Easter Egg contains Brett’s signature detailed drawings that show a true understanding of nature. In this story Hoppi is hoping to decorate the winning egg so that he can help Easter Rabbit hide the eggs on Easter morning. It turns out that it is quite a challenge to make a special egg! In addition to the main story illustrations, the reader sees many rabbits in the process of decorating their eggs on the side of each page.
