Another Kind of Christmas Calendar:

Open Up and Read a New Holiday Book Every Day

    A few years ago we started wrapping up 24 old and new holiday books for our granddaughters. The wrapped books were stacked up, giving the girls a clear, visual Christmas countdown. “When is it going to be Christmas?” “When we get to the last book.” The girls loved it, and it quickly became part of their bedtime routine.
